Frank Orth
President & CEO
Frank Orth founded ProVantage Software (formerly CSS Inc.) in 1983. A Certified Management Consultant, Orth has extensive experience in the creation of automated office systems, high-level management information systems, and performance measurement. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Richmond and a PhD in Economics from the University of Tennessee.
Mike Mullen
Vice President, Research & Development
Mike manages the development of all ProVantage Software products. He has more than 20 years experience in computer applications design, programming, installation and training. Before joining ProVantage Software, Mullen was a branch support manager for Wang Laboratories. He has also held training and sales positions. Mike holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Idaho. Mike has been with ProVantage Software since 1983.
Jim Skubic
Vice President, Sales
Jim is responsible for all direct and channel product sales. Skubic has more than 10 years of experience in economic forecasting, development of management information systems and contract negotiations. He holds a BS in economics from Western Illinois University, an MS in economics from the University of Illinois, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration, regional planning, from Indiana University.
